This flow diagram is a detailed overview of the process your vehicle will go through during the repair of accident damage to your vehicle.
It is designed to give you insight into the complexity of repairing accident damaged vehicles. It should be clear that there are no shortcuts in the delivery of a quality repair product.
The flow diagram illustrates that the vehicle repair is an integrated process and parts availability is a defined driving factor to the duration of the repair process.
Repair duration is influenced by many factors including, but not limited to, the complexity of the repair, nature of the structural damage, damage to inner structural panels, suspension damages not visible to the naked eye, electronic components that can only be tested at the finishing stages of the repair, paint material defects, back order parts and delayed authorisations by insurers of additional parts required.
